REBRAND
PHASE 2: NEW NAME

A sprint for a three-phase rebrand of nine organizations into one, including vision, narrative, roadmap, key messages, storytelling, scripts, presentations, video production, event management, digital campaigns (HubSpot), and numerous global live-stream all-hands events.

PHASE 3: LAUNCH

Official brand launch, including project lead for all internal communications, key messages, storytelling, scripts, presentations, video production, event management, and numerous live-stream all-hands events. Launch included new website content (I led bios, quotes, case studies, and careers).

M&A COMMUNICATIONS

Led M&A communications strategy for six acquisitions, including onsite events, executive messaging and presentation decks, social media, public relations, and e-news (via Bananatag, now Staffbase). 

INTRANETS
